I already have a lot—can I build a custom home there?

Yes, we’re happy to build on existing lots. We’ll work with you and the city to get the appropriate permits before construction starts, and any other paperwork you may need to complete.

I don’t have a lot yet—can you help me find one?

Many of our clients buy a lot under our guidance, so you don’t need to worry if you don’t already have land to build on. In fact, you may get better results if you let us help guide your purchase—we have the expertise to identify the best properties possible.

How long will building my custom home take?

As always, timing depends on the type of home you’re building, its size and any other environmental concerns (for example, heavy rains can stop construction unexpectedly). However, our average client will typically move into their new home at around the seven- or eight-month mark.

How many changes can I make to your floor plans?

When you work with us, you can make as many changes as you want—otherwise, it wouldn’t be worthy of the name “custom.” You can either start with one of our floor plans or design your own from scratch. We’ll help you make the best choices for your needs.

Can I include multigenerational housing facilities?

Many families have kids returning home from college or aging parents who are aren’t quite equipped to live on their own. We can build multigenerational housing as part of your custom home—it will give kids and older adults the privacy they need while still being right there on your property.

Do you have financing available?

Of course. Not everyone is able to pay for a brand-new custom home in cash, so we will be happy to work with you to secure the financing necessary to complete your project.
